ReTurn Policy

Customer returns will be allowed within 30 days of purchase due to shipping breakage only. If there is breakage, customer must provide a photo of breakage via email to sales@horseshoebrand.com. Once received, horseshoe brand will reimburse funds for the broken items within 3-5 business days of receipt of photo.

Please note: Shipping for T-Shirts, Hats, and any other items not listed above are calculated using the same rates as hot sauce bottles.
